Every business has happy customers. Maybe your a hair salon, window cleaner or a gardener with regular clients who come back time and time again? Your missing a huge opportunity if you don't ask your regular clients to give you a testimonial.

Don't be shy, ask every one of your customers to review your business or write a testimonial. It may be awkward at first, but trust me, the more you do it, the easier it gets!

Did you know that testimonials and word of mouth are the driving force behind 20-50% of all purchasing decisions? Think about it, when you're doing your shopping online and a product as hundreds of good reviews, doesn't it give you peace of mind? Make it easy for your customers to write a review. If you have their e-mail details, send them a link encouraging them to review your service. When customers buy your products, ask them to write a review on facebook or Google. If you don't ask, you don't get!
